Limitation on Consensual Relationship

This policy places limitations on consensual romantic or sexual relationships between and among faculty, staff, and students in order to protect the integrity of the academic and work environment. Whenever folks are taking part in a consensual intimate or intimate relationship and have been in jobs of unequal authority or energy, there was the prospect of a conflict of great interest, favoritism, and exploitation of power. Anti-Retaliation Policy
