We don’t know very well what doing. After reading the feedback whenever everybody got their e-mail / re payments, we emailed them asking where my payment / e-mail had been. I’d responded for them making use of a contact thread from last where they confirmed they’d received my claim, my change of bank / address etc so they could see all the details year. I’d no answer. We delivered another email that is new times later on asking for a few style of acknowledgement – still absolutely nothing! It’s been 3 days now. We can’t call them and they’re perhaps perhaps not replying. I don’t genuinely wish to bombard these with still another e-mail but i do want to understand where my cash is! Any suggestions about the thing I can perform?

They’ve stated they are going to try an additional payment run at the earliest opportunity, undoubtedly ahead of the end of July.
It is understood by me’s irritating that you have actuallyn’t had an answer. I realize they have been working through the email messages they’ve been delivered.
I am hoping therefore! I assume I’m concerned that along with their not enough communication now, then somehow get missed off a 2nd payment run too I’ve got no hope of seeing any money and won’t be able to do anything about it if I. Will simply have to keep every thing crossed 🙂

Hi, I’ve got the exact same issue and issue with Wonga. You can’t phone anybody and I also email them and obtain no reaction. I believe that we’re just planning to need to ignore it, unless anybody pops up with much better some ideas. I’ve stopped emailing the Wonga Administrators for the present time.
They are even even worse compared to Wonga administrators
